Dear Colleagues,
Mr. Howard has completed an initial draft of a Board Notification policy. We will be discussing this as a "first reading" at our next meeting. I wanted to provide the Directors with an opportunity to provide early feedback to Mr. Howard and discuss the document in the hope of saving time at our meeting and being in a position to adopt at our August meeting. Personally, I think this is a very strong starting point that will help provide clarity for the EVP and Directors. I look forward to your feedback.
