I appreciate the work that went into creating this list of Objectives for the Board based on items previously identified and still pending. While it looks a bit daunting, the use of the Timeline really breaks it down into reasonable goals over the entire span of the year ahead. Also there should be another member appointed sometime this year, which will help spread out the workload. And to that point, it might be helpful to set up a process for new member orientations, provision of materials, and perhaps some training. Would we anticipate that this might be covered under the item 'Board Manual', or should we address it separately? Thank you again for bringing this all into focus.
